DUO Tel Aviv: city life below, a different feeling at home

At Ibn Gabirol and Arlozorov, DUO is planned to bring two residential towers together with shops, cafes and city life. Above, spacious balconies and outlooks toward Tel Aviv and the coastline; below, the everyday pleasures that make the city home.

Step out into Tel Aviv

Coffee, shopping, dinner or an evening out: DUO puts city life at the center of its story. A multi-level shopping and leisure complex is planned at the base of the towers, with shops, restaurants and cafes. Together with the planned public plaza and gardens, it is designed as a natural extension of the street, bringing everyday pleasures closer to home.

Two towers, one city story

Avner Yashar and Yashar Architects designed the complex as part of the city, with a public plaza, shaded commercial areas and a separate residential entrance. The idea is to connect the energy outside with the privacy of home, rather than create a tower detached from its streets.

Come home to a calmer space

DUO has a striking, beautiful design, from Avner Yashar's architecture to Orly Shrem's shared interiors. A tall lobby is planned to link the towers. The renderings present the lobby and finishes in a minimalist style, with clean lines, natural-looking materials, stone, water and trees. After the movement of Tel Aviv outside, the entrance offers a quieter mood.

Light, outlook and thoughtful details

The project materials describe broad sun balconies, high ceilings and glass curtain walls, alongside kitchens by international brands and green construction. Apartments are designed for outlooks toward the city and coastline, with different possibilities by floor and orientation.
