A new coastal neighborhood story
In Sde Dov's Eshkol Quarter, a new residential environment is taking shape, with a promenade, hotels, retail and leisure as part of the district's vision. Rainbow sits in Tel Aviv's northern coastal area, near Tel Aviv Port and Reading Park, connecting a new neighborhood with the city you already love.
Color, light and character
Architecture by Raphael de la Fontaine and interiors by Orly Shrem give the project a distinct identity. The presentation gives the buildings distinct color identities: Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple and Indigo. The lower-rise buildings and tower are planned around an inner garden and shared spaces, with the feeling of a private residential resort and Tel Aviv just beyond the door.
Make leisure part of the day
Rooftop swimming pools, including an adults-only pool, a gym, training and yoga areas, a spa, a kids club, a private cafe and workspaces with a board room are among the planned amenities. Start with a workout, work close to home and leave time for coffee and the water: convenience is part of the project's idea of home.
Your home, your outlook
The coastal setting and openness toward the city are part of Rainbow's appeal. Choosing an apartment brings together floor, orientation, balcony and the possibility of a sea outlook, so the experience suits the way you want to live.
At ProperTLV, we are connected with all these projects. We help you choose between them and look for the apartment that suits you in each one. Contact us for personal guidance in choosing your location and finding the right home.
